Ariana Grande has released a song titled NASA, which has not only become a hit among fans, but also caught the attention of the space agency.
NASA tweeted, “Hey @ArianaGrande, we saw NASA trending this morning and thought it was about one of our new discoveries. But we realized that you might need some space.” The tweet was accompanied with a photo of the cosmos, which is referenced in Grande’s song, along with space exploration.
One section of the lyrics reads, “It’s like I’m the universe and you be N-A-S-A.” Neil Armstrong’s faint voice plays at the start saying, “That’s one small step for woman, one giant leap for womankind.”
Former astronaut Buzz Aldrin retweeted NASA’s post in hopes that Grande would feature him in one of her songs too.
